Maurice Kettyle is an Owner of the business and is based in Ireland, where he enjoys life by the lake. With deep roots in the industry, Maurice brings experience (over 35 years)!, perspective, and leadership to the team. He’s never one to turn down a good pint of Guinness—Sláinte!

Elizabeth Geber has been part of the meat industry for over 17 years, focusing on keeping operations and logistics running smoothly. Based in Chicago, she enjoys bringing order to the day-to-day and making sure everything works behind the scenes. After hours, she swaps spreadsheets for saddle time and enjoys being outdoors riding horses.
